Meet Your Health Coach:

Beth Kaczmar

HEALTH COACH

Beth is a married mother of four children, loves to cook, especially transforming favorite dishes into low-calorie, low-fat, healthy recipes for family and friends to enjoy. She got a bachelors degree from the University of Akron in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has worked at both Akron Children’s Hospital as a diet tech and at Weight Watchers. More recently, she created Kaczmar’s Chocolate Covered Cookie Co. with her daughter after being runner up in Mrs. Field’s cookie contest. She has always stressed good health and nutrition without deprivation. Exercising is also a very big component in her life. While she had more time before having kids to regularly compete in triathlons, she has found a little time over the last few years to still participate in a few races, and have her daughter train with her to participate! She feels working out is one of the most important parts of her day still finds time between juggling her four kids and going through training to be a health coach for the Precision Nutrition team.

Beth will be spearheading Forum Health Akron’s online coaching for nutrition and exercise starting in January 2018. She will also be having group classes once a month to share tips and recipes.
