Who we are
Revitalize Med is an independent wellness publication. We cover the medications, treatments, and supplements people are actually talking about right now — GLP-1s like Ozempic and Mounjaro, peptide therapy, hormone replacement, NAD+ and longevity supplements — and we explain what the science actually shows.
Our writing is for the wellness-curious: people exploring their options, weighing trade-offs, and trying to figure out what's worth their time, money, and attention. We're not interested in hype, and we won't talk down to you.
What we believe
Wellness writing on the internet falls into two failure modes. One side oversells: influencer-grade thinking that promises results the data doesn't support. The other side overhedges: medical pages so cautious they say nothing useful.
We aim for a different position: direct when the evidence is solid, honest when it isn't. When a treatment works, we say so plainly. When the data is mixed or weak, we say that too — and explain why. The result is content you can actually act on.
Who's behind Revitalize Med
Revitalize Med is operated by a small editorial team with support from credentialed clinical contributors.
Robert Lee — Co-Founder
Robert handles operations and partnerships for Revitalize Med. He previously founded Policy Lab, a clinical trial enrollment platform that worked with major contract research organizations and pharmaceutical companies on studies of chronic and viral diseases. That work gave him direct experience with regulated healthcare frameworks, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) oversight.
Katrina Daniels — Editorial Lead
Katrina oversees editorial planning, story assignments, and the final review of every piece on Revitalize Med. She has spent decades building editorial systems for YMYL and regulated publishing, including healthcare, addiction treatment, and emerging medical platforms. She works directly with clinicians and subject matter experts to keep content accurate and compliant.
Kokei Abam, RDN — Contributing Writer
Kokei is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who covers nutrition and medical science for YMYL audiences. Her clinical background includes medical nutrition therapy for chronic illness, neuropsychiatric care, and public health work as a former Nutrition Officer with Nigeria's National Health Insurance Authority.
Marita Radloff, MS, RDN — Contributing Writer
Marita is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Nutrition from The University of Alabama. Based in Omaha, she writes on sports nutrition, macros, fiber, and the practical side of fueling for performance.
How we work
Every article on Revitalize Med is built on primary sources. We cite peer-reviewed research, name what's well established and what's still emerging, and update articles when new research changes the picture. We don't sell supplements. We don't offer consultations. We don't accept paid placements. We're a publication.

Our history
Revitalize was originally founded by Dr. Tara Scott as a personal wellness platform. In 2026, the domain was acquired and relaunched as an independent editorial publication under new editorial leadership. Dr. Scott's work laid a foundation in holistic medicine. We've built on it with a sharper editorial focus: evidence-first reporting on the modern medications and treatments shaping wellness today.
